No Health Benefits and any 401k plan
What is there to say. You pay a lot and get little out of it. I rather get the free insurance since i dont earn that much.

Co pays on all insurance. Preventive dental is poor policy for the price. No vacation, no holidays. Don't work, don't get paid.
Provides basic benefits at a premium
The cost of basic insurance is pretty expensive and the other "benefits" are non-existant. No PTO and No Holidays which means if the company you are contracted to is closed for a Holiday, you do not get paid.
By Massachusetts law employers with more than 11 employees have to pay employees sick time based upon how much they work, up to 40 hours per year. US Tech, however, "neglected" to tell me this until I tracked it down, after working without sick for almost 2 years! Sneaky at the very least. Health and dental options are awful and expensive for such a worldwide company. They get paid about 30% of whatever your contract is and they do not feel they need to work for it. Terrible employee relations - they just want heads. Need to add vacation and holiday pay for long-term contractors.

Very good pay depend on the projects which you got with high billing. Good health care benefits and 401k these are optional benefits.
Too much money for what you get. The dental package would have cost me $2100 for the year and there is $2000 out of pocket before the benefits even start kicking in!
