Insurance was a high-deductible plan with a terrible reputation. Many of the better doctors in the area didn’t take it.

They made you use all your vaction before the end of the year. So if you were to busy or covering other employees and couldnt use yours. You were SOL. Not very fair.
The health insurance was great. I was able to see all the doctors I wanted. Also really liked the 401k benefit; I believe I vested pretty quickly and the matching funds were great. I think there was also an EAP benefit.
