I think a PPO plan would be a nice option, The PCA and HSA plans can be confusing and costly to the employee

2 options for health insurance: PCA and HSA, both through Aetna. Dental is through either Delta Dental or Aetna DHMO. Vision is through VSP Vision Care. Deductibles are high on both plans. Prepare to spend quite a bit out-of-pocket if you need ongoing medical care.
