    Pay-period by pay-period accrual is a little hard to get used to. Amount of time off is good, but if you need to take time off early in the year, you have to plan ahead to save it from the previous year, because they don't "borrow forward"

    More than standard default 10 days/year. Accrual increased with tenure. Difficult to actually get to use it due to poor scheduling process.
