amazing vacation and paid time off policies
I think we had 3 or 4 days off as Interns. If you choose not to use them, you'll be paid for them at the end of the internship.
Always seem to have alot of days off accrued just from the free time they give you to use so you don't have to use your own PTO.
In year one at my new employer I will be able to accrue as much as a 5 year tenured employee at USAA. That is kinda sad.

The best thing is that you can actually buy more vacation time during Open Enrollment, to be used the following year. The allowances are very generous. You begin accruing PTO from day one. This is a demanding job, but the benefits are commensurate with the difficulty and make it all worthwhile.

you earn more time off for hrs worked so even ot gives you more time off!
Overall great time off but the time keeping system is awful. Easy to make mistatkes.
The company uses PTO. I believe in the first year this totals approximately 18 or 19 days.
