Vacation time is not competitive with market. Need more PTO and/or paid holidays to attract and retain IT professionals. Health Benefits are average, however the HSA match is weak.

Company offers 3 different medical plans with a HSA employer contribution for those on the high deductible plan. 2 different dental plans and 1 vision plan. All plans are reasonably priced.
