USANA has some really great benefits. As a health centered company, they seem to be very focused on providing us the best benefits for a great work environment
In addition to a great benefits package, they bring a lot of benefits onsite. There is a health clinic, chiropractor, gym and fitness glasses, etc. They make it very convenient to stay on top of personal wellness.

The company provides a profit share system which is a certain percentage bonus will be added based on the base salary.
Best: all of the standard, expected benefits from a large company Worst: paid time off is complicated, and in comparison to other companies, very little can be carried forward from one year to the next
