Three weeks paid vacation to start in addition to sick time. Matching 401k up to 6%. Year end bonus is the big deal. Last year it was up to 15% of your TOTAL salary if we met our goals. We have met them every year I have been with the credit union so far. It's a credit union so all holidays off!
PTO doesn't kick in until after 6 months from your hire date. This can be problematic if you're hired over the summer. Maternity leave is the general FLMA - not very progressive. Would be great if they went above and beyond and offered additional paid days.
Pretty complete basic benefit package. Medical a bit high, but 401k match was decent. Work from home available to operations personnel.
Good benefits and 401k match for a smaller company.
The benefits are comprehensive and cover all my needs. The benefit provider is a bit more expensive per pay period than my former employer with comparable coverage.
Time employed does not begin to accrue until officially moved from temporary to permanent employee, this can take over a year to take place
Wellness reimbursement; 401K; generous PTO; sick days
Plenty of time off, Plus bank holidays, also 401(k) match
401k match is tremendous @ 100% of 6%. Health benefits aren't very good.
Health insurance is very expensive.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
