no perks 90 days for health insurance that sucks and is expensive only one insurance company to pick from very sad 401k starts 6 months after employment and a 1 year to match

This company has great benefits!
For a healthcare related company, the benefits package was extremely lacking. No Kaiser option. Expensive. They stopped the 401(k) match and ESOP is only worth anything after 5 years! Also, I only earned about 11 PTO days per year and 5 of them had to be used for a REQUIRED vacation. Thanks for forcing me to take a vacation that I don't even have enough PTO time to cover.
Esop is a great benefit but requires a full 5 years or more of employment to be fully vested in the plan. The company offers generous 401k matching. Very generous in fact.
ESOP with a slow but valuable vesting period
Minimum benefits package will take about $150/mo out of your pay. This is for a single adult on the most basic of plans they offer. It's also mandatory that you take a 1 week paid vacation every year.
Its a bit pricey the healthcare pkg. They offer 401 K which is good. You have to be employed for at least 3 years before you are considered employee owned.
