Decent health insurance with several options to choose from. Holidays & vacation time are pretty standard, but generally has a flexible work policy. Pension plan was great.
Health insurance is only 80% from employer. The funded pension is a huge plus with full vestment in 3 years in both pension and 401k. 401k is only $0.25 match to 6%.
They match $0.40 to every $1.00 contributed to 401K up to 6% of income. Great healthcare, dental, vision, life, ADD, ST & LT Disability insurance. They also provide FSA and HSA options.
Match 401k $.40 on the dollar for first 6%. Retirement is matched a full 4%. Medical dental and vision. Dental could use some improvements. Doesn't cover braces. 3 sick days a year one week paid vacation after one year plus an option to buy a week. Two paid weeks after two years plus a buy week. Also get a personal holiday 180 days after hire. Discounts at multiple businesses and services. I've been there for almost 4 years and have received a Nike jacket Columbia jacket a sweatshirt and several tshirts. Catered lunches and donuts and coffee when safety milestones are reached.$150 shoe allowance annually. I've been given coolers lunch boxes water bottles. Get to choose an annual anniversary gift.

The best benefit is the relocation package for management. Health care benefits are middle of the road, and they are currently adjusting the cost from 80% covered by the company to 75%. w
The best thing was the severance package, they have been offering it twice per year and I ended up finally taking it. The pension is also a significant benefit although I believe they ended that benefit.
