The best thing about the benefits here is that you get paid on your own policy so it's like getting your health coverage at a discount.

There are no benefits or even a salary. Even though it's selling health insurance, most people working there are not able to obtain the insurance.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Licensed Health Agent in Sugar Land, Texas

There are no benefits provided for this position. Small cash bonuses are given for meeting sales goals, which are not easily reached.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Licensed Agent in Norcross, Georgia

No benefits, pay(it commission only), or compensation. You make your own schedule and get great networking ties. You are a 1099 which means no benefits, you don't even get a discount for the insurance.

The benefits are truly only the compensation for the sales until you have been with the company for over 2 years and are one of the best sales people.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Field Sales Leader in Greenville, South Carolina

It's a 1099 position, there is no benefits package, although USHA does have a hybrid stock option program, where you get to hold stock for 4 years and then get the difference between when you were hired and where the stock is currently and so far it's gone up every year.

The Benefits far outweigh the cost and make it easy to assist individuals, groups, and families. However, you can't help everyone, but we advise to help other people everyday!

Being a health insurance business and becoming a licensed agent allows you to write your own policy. The company has a long term sharing program we all participate in as long as you are working.

No benefits since you are a contracted agent.
