They would not budget on the number of vacation days I got to start even when I had 23 days in my old job the most they would give total PTO was 18 days.
They offered a generous PTO plan. We could use the time however we saw necessary, the only thing required was a notice prior to using.
From day 1, 18 days in the first year plus at least 3 company holidaysbothrr companies don't give. They have a program where everyone volunteers for a day and then the company closes for an extra day off at a later date. So the community benefits and the employees benefit!!
Good amount of time off a year, but the ridiculous way you have to re-accrue the 5 days max you roll over is unbelievable. But I think they also let you take some in advance of your manager approves?
Get 2 weeks off to start and then can build up more days the longer you work here.
Best - we get black friday off and get off early the friday before long weekends. Worst - Christmas eve is not a holiday
Limited; use PTO approach; allow carryover of 5 days, but reaccrue those days so cannot use them early in the carryover year without "borrowing"
