The insurance, EAP program, retirement, and wellness programs are great, but they are quite expensive which eats up your check quick.
Horrible insurance plan. No vacation. No sick time.
Packages are over priced if you have a wife and kids. You will not be able to afford them working for the low hourly rate.

USIC has a lot of great perks that most people are unaware of. Exploring the links available to you during training will greatly benefit you in the long run. Comparatively speaking, the health insurance package is very cheap, and they will pay for it when you're on reduced hours during the cold winter months.
USIC offers health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacation (from day 1 for corporate office employees and salaried field employees, only after a full year for all other field employees), and other supplemental benefits (life insurance, critical illness, etc. ). Benefit plans were decent enough, but nothing special.
