PTO accumates faster than you can use it
Health care coverage was fine at the time; may have changed since then.
very generous PTO and 401K match; but no tele-work policy. Medical and dental is decent, but for some reason costs more every year, both in terms of premiums and out of pocket expenses.
Great benefits and work life balance
USO benefits are amazing. The only exception is their maternity leave.
the PTO Policy is good but the dental and vision policys are bare minimuma nd lacking.
I like the 401K, insurance, and PTO. One Con is Reserve time off. One has to use vacation or unpaid leave. Previous employer gave limited pay for duty.
included with working there you received free Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO, that could be upgraded to BCBS PPO, dental was not great, and vision was terrible
Best: Great compensation, generous retirement savings (love the Safe Harbor Fund) & PTO. Worst: Training, health insurance plan, commuter benefit
Great benefits. I am a full time employee with access to full medical, 30 days PTO each year, retirement plan, and other options if I choose to add them on.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
