Aetna International PPO – Comprehensive medical and vision plan that offers the freedom to go directly to health care professionals and facilities in or out of network, as well as internationally.

High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA). The HDHP health plan is a plan that offers lower premiums and a high deductible with the HSA account.

Aetna Dental – Flexibility to choose from two PPO dental plans; Basic and Enhanced Dental Plan.

 Voluntary Accident/Critical Illness insurance

Picking up where major medical leaves off, these voluntary policies pay cash benefits directly to you, and include a wellness benefit. UST Global offers 2 great plans for you and your family.

 Life Insurance

UST Global provides employee life insurance at 2 times your basic annual base pay.

Supplemental life insurance is also available with additional costs paid by the employee. Cost is based on your age and annual salary. You can elect coverage up to a total of 3x basic annual salary.

Employees can also purchase spouse and dependent child supplemental life insurance

Disability Insurance
UST Global offers short term & long term disability at no cost to employees. This benefit can provide up to 60% income protection.

    Vacation time - everyone starts with only 2 weeks of vacation; all vacation and sick time is accrued and you cannot take vacation or sick time before accruing it. The good thing is that they approve all requests. I have never had a request for time off denied.
