    2 weeks a year is what you get. If you are an international scholar, you may want to negotiate with your boss to add it up and use it after 2 years at once.

Plus we earn 8 hours every quarter of personal leave that never expires. With a holiday break for the week of Christmas and/or New Years, you have time off with family without using vacation.
