Many Texans believe UT has great benefits, but being a native of CA, UT's benefits cannot compare - They are just OK

Gral. Health Care is very good for the employee, and pretty affordable for family. You can have most of your doctors in the same university, so easy availability to med records for all your physicians. No premium for health care (for employee-self) ,and low copay and deductible. Horrible / badly administrated Work Comp follow up / therapy, etc. Just hope u do not have an accident at work. Not only it is the worst I have seen in all my previous jobs, but HR, & UT do not really care to follow up or give employees any real assistance. Something u would not expect at a Med Ctr!
Its BlueCrossBlueShield and paid for the employee but fairly cheap to add anyone to the plans
If you went to a physician within the campus there was very little out of pocket
Nothing can be better than this
Satisfied with insurance. It's goes up a bit every year but who's doesn't?
