The benefits package cover items that other major insurance companies do not- such as autism support.
You accrue 8 hours of sick time and 8 hours of vacation time each month starting out. You have to ask for time off months in advance and already have all that time accrued that you plan to use when you submit your request, so getting approved vacation time can be a hassle
