    You earn so much per month and after 5 years it is increased and after 10 its increased. 8 hours vacation starting out 8 hours sick time 4 float per month

    the system is punitive for graduate students and postdocs. Administrative assistants are told to keep track of the number of hours NOT at work, regardless of the number of extra hours worked at home, nights or weekends. This makes no sense
