Standard Paid Time Off for any company. 1 week sick time, 2 weeks vacation

The worst thing is you can only start taking your time off after you've worked enough days. (eg, 8 hr or a day off after you work for a month). Your 2 wk vacation or sick leave is possible only after you've worked 10 months.

They claim that they have a great vacation package, boasting up to 20 days off per year. But half of them are national holidays, and the other half is sick time. You really only get about 1 week per year of actual vacation time.
