Offered FLMA leave with the Company.
I have not used the maternity plan but I was told that everyone likes this.
I did not have to use this but those I supervised were able to take 6 weeks and use FMLA if they ran out of vacation time and sick days.
You only have FMLA and short term disability IF you pay for it. STD will only give you 6-8 weeks off and 2 of those are unpaid. You have to use your vacation/sick time or go unpaid.
Didn't know much about it as I never used it,
