There is a tremendous amount of training available through an internal provider, free and accessible 24/7.
Decent training for the roles
Basically thrown to the wolves. If you fail to have a near perfect rating and they have plenty of drivers they will deactivate you. You can then buy some training for $100 - $400 depending on whether you do it live or online. Then beg for your job back.
Job training is all online and there is no customer or driver support over the phone. No way to reach Uber about anything.
