Perks are amazing, $25 dinner credit everyday you work late, $300 Uber credits that may be used towards eats, $70 for gym, $50 for phone plan, 17% of rides/eats. The stock options and bonus scheme is quite good, great health coverage, only bad thing about the benefits packages is no 401k matching.

Best: Flexible hours. Worst: Pays not so good as a driver. Lots of mileage on your car.

There was no beenfit package, you work as many hours you want, weekends were more busier than weekedays, summers were more busier than winter

For as separated as the Greenlight Program is, from HQ, our benefits were amazing. We received a food budget, Wellness reimbursement, free credits which could be used on Uber trips or Uber Eats, and the obvious dental/vision/health. Plus a 401k plan.
