    You volunteer to take time off. That's where your "flexible work hours/work when you want" motto comes from. Take too much time off and you get "deactivated". Mysteriously, they'll never tell you why. Uber driver support is like the old saying: "Don't call us, we'll call you". Which never happens either. All communication is by email, or not at all.
