It' is a generous offering.
Ubisoft gives lots of vacation days and the longer you work there the more you build each month. Using long streaks of vacation must be planned well in advance.
I can say only positive moments about paid leaves, because you can take it anytime, just after discussing it with the manager, but I don't know any cases when the manager didn't give the leaves because of huge workload.
None whatsoever. You got NO paid time off and NO paid holidays.

Unfortunately, paid time off acrues on a monthly basis so you may not be eligble for time off for about a year. This is probably very normal in the marketplace though.
pto accrues the longer you work there and is encouraged to use
