unlimited PTO, great benefits overall
Have absolutely no complaints. UiPath offers wonderful benefits. They truly care about providing options and their employees.
Great health plans, generous 401K match, flexible spending account, unlimited PTO
Enterprise-grade benefits package with all the perks
I just recently moved to the intelligent automation practice within my firm and really enjoy the topic of intelligent automation but I do not see many exit opportunities or long term career paths. Would this be a good field to stay in long term? Any career paths that I can pivot to where the topics/skills will transfer over? I would love hear any input from others and what your two cents are in this topic. Thanks! UiPath Automation Anywhere Deloitte KPMG EY PwC Accenture Microsoft

Why RPA resources are not getting paid like other skills? Is RPA saturating? Do we have to switch to other skills to get better pay? What is the maximum CTC your companies are offering to 4 YOE resource with good knowledge on AA and UiPath?
ER visits are $300, easily the most expensive copay I've had for a family PPO in the last 15 years
Best: 401k match, medical Worst: Not as many wellness days off like other tech companies
Excellent employee friendly benefits from matching 401k to great healthcare options. Strong emphasis on health and mental well being with multiple program offerings.
UiPath has continued to add to its benefits packages (at least in the US- I'm unaware of packages offered elsewhere), including parenting/fertility guidance through Carrot and payment for gym memberships ($100/mo) through Twic.
Best is continuation of Wellness through supporting employee travel for health services not covered in residence state.
401k match, PTO, Great benefits overall
