Employee only insurance is really affordable. The family coverage is quite a bit more expensive but you get good coverage. No sick time, you have to use vacation days. In the winter, there are quite a few people who you can depend on to come in sick because they have either already used all their vacation time or they just don't want to use what they have left. Year end bonus and profit sharing is amazing.
Excellent health benefits, generous 401K matches, yearly bonus, potential weekly sales bonus and merit based bonuses. A lot of vacation time from day one plus paid holidays. The only downside was the work/life balance, you never knew when your shift would end and the OT is mandatory.

-401k is more competitive than my last company. -Health insurance I believe is hurting across the country. -End of year bonuses are decent. -PTO is decent. There are no sick days or personal days. You have to use PTO to take any time off.

They offer all the standard things that companies have health, dental, & vision. They offer a 401K plan with matching which they recently increased. They offer a company paid life insurance with the option to purchase more at a decent price. They pay a full days wage for every day that you have jury duty. They pay 3 days wage for bereavement pay. We get an employee discount which is basically getting things at company cost which is really nice. They have a lot of other things to like yearly BBQ's and hosted events at Corporate and all the branches. They offer things like free membership to things like weight watchers. I know at least at Corporate they offer all employees a free subscription to the local paper as well as a Wisconsin based magazine not sure if they do something like this for employees at branch locations or not.
