16 days off after 90 days - unheard of in any region or trade

Okay time off schedule; the negative is that you had to "earn" your vacation time by working 90 days.

    Generous PTO for 1st year.

PTO is decent, but it's a bummer that they don't have separate "Sick Days", or "Personal Days". Everything falls under PTO.

You start with 16 days of PTO after your first year which is a prorated amount. After 5 years you receive 5 more days for a total of 21 days.

Uline doesn't give separate vacation and sick time etc. They give you one large pool of PTO that you can use however you want. Call in for a sick day, schedule actual vacation etc. In the long run the amount of time you get off is probably commensurate with other places its just in one large pool and therefore you have to watch it and manage your time off a bit better.
