I dont know why everyone is posting that part time doesn't get anything. I just started as Part-Time Prestige Beauty Advisor and on day one I enrolled for Vision and Dental. All employees are able to enroll immediately for benefits and part time positions are eligible to get Vision and Dental as well as immediately being able to use our 25% employee discount and 50% off salon and benefit brow bar. Not to mention the GRATIS! I'm thankful that I can get new glasses and a fresh contact lens prescription and get my teeth cleaned now. I haven't had medical or dental in a couple of years.
25% off. Sometimes there's 35% off for certain brands.
Health insurance was good and 401K was available. Allowed for paid time off and vacation but was hard to utilize.
Great 25% discount but any beauty steals had to be after hours

I was fired because I was sick, There "point" system is childish and extremely elementary, They truly DO NOT care about you, its all about $$$ and their rewards/credit cards. SO NO they have no benefits considering only boutiques and managers get that and only they can get full time. In what world does that make sense? No sick days. No benefits.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
