It was a standard benefits package, health vision dental. It wasn’t too terribly expensive, but you definitely notice it coming out of your paycheck.

Best: Flexible hours, trainings=free goodies, fun environment (depending on location), discount, can get any days off I’d submit in time. Worst: Dress code is meh but they changed it a little and made it better, don’t get free samples anymore just cause, pay is low.

The best if for For full time employee, there is 401k, medical, dental, vision, life insurance . Even if you are Part time there is discount on cell phone service, gym membership and on a childcare program, but you have to be full time to really enjoy the good benefits.

The best thing about ULTA was the employee perks. Especially around the holidays they offer large discounts on products throughout the store, to include the prestige/high-end items.

None for part time, unsure for full time

Benefits suck unless you are coded as full time. I’ve been working 35+ hours a week for over a year and still no benefits because my position is a “part time manager”.

the only company perks I had were the employee discount, other than that I have no idea what else was good about working at that job. not even training for further education about products etc.
