    2 weeks until you hit 5 years then you get 3 weeks Never have been denied a day off

    vacation and paid time off were both done by accrual. it was hard to actually use these benefits though. being a manager, you could not call in sick and vacation was hard to get approved.

    You acquire what is called "City State Time" as soon as you start so it is actually quite nice you dont have to wait 90 days, however, once you use it all they start giving you "Points" for missed days so if you are sick a lot or require leaving early for personal reasons, the points will start to accrue and after 8 you will be terminated. No questions.
