Once you pass your 90 days and become permanent you get pto. Your benefits start after your first 30 days.

Health insurance premiums were high, although the rate of increase each year was low. 401(k) match immediately vested but was average.

The benefit package was comparable to what other employers offer.

UMA provides a reasonably good Benefits package. Higher organization contribution to 401k would be good.

Constantly changing. Sometimes, you will not get the proper compensation because they are always changing and you have to fight for your benefits.

Best thing is benefits offered but worst is the premiums and the vacation time

PTO begins accruing from day 1, so even though you can't use it until 90 days, once it activates, you have a bank of PTO time. Paid Holidays are given. Benefits include Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Critical Illness & Accident, etc. 401k kicks in at 90 days as well. There are multiple tiers of healthcare plans and they are pretty good, but co-insurance can get expensive until you meet your deductible. There are partnerships for discounted rates at Gyms, Costco, and even for Bucs tickets!

The insurance is great if you aren't married and don't have kids. The life insurance is 50K.
