“Appalling- 4.6 hours of pto per pay is ridiculous. No sick time vs vacation. God forbid you need a surgery before you've been there a a year. I did and it was a nightmare. ”
“Hate Optum requires medicine delivery- literal penny savings for inconvenience. No HSA contribution for those paying the top tier premium. ”
“its good but average compared to other companies”
The best this is when I moved to Florida I had no insurance...not like I had it NYC, but I was happy that I was able to get benefits that UMA offered and now if I have any issues I don't hesitate to see a doctor!
Good coverage and plan options for single employees. Lots of extras to choose from. 401k employer match is OK, but could use attention.
they have great benefits for employees with flex time off
Decent benefit package. Haven’t raise medical premiums in years
i thought it was good
The employer does not add to 401k
The benefits package is satisfactory
Best thing: They have a website that goes over full details of benefits and it's easy to understand. You know exactly what your opting in for.
The Benefits package is really a well put together deal. However, The prescription mail order absolutely needs some work. They are hard to get a hold of and they do NOT keep notes about previous conversations so you are consistently repeating yourself .
PTO is THE WORST I've encountered in 16 years of professional working experience
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
