I did not like high premium for medical insurance. Other than that, other benefits were basic.
Poor health plan options with lower than average company contributed percent.
Offers HSA and HRA insurance at the Chandler AZ site. HMO and PPO at the Hayward CA site. Company contributes very little yearly to HSA and HRA accounts. Company could contribute more towards health benefits. 401K match very lean too.
Best: Kaiser HMO offered. Worst: took away company match for 401k while I was there. Probably returned by now, but I don't know.
Best Thing: comprehensive package Worst Thing: Company contributions keeps going down.
Start out with three weeks of paid time off, and an additional twelve days of vacation. Cant really think of any nagatives
The increased cost of the benefits year after year do not keep up with pay increases.
