    Medical benefits are pricey. They are still priced as a small company would, even though they are a big west cast bank.

    They had the standard Kaiser or Blue Cross Blue Shield. Still had co pays and deductibles. They did not cover the medical. Getting a hold of the HR people in charge of the program was hard and they were very rude.

    Umpqua Bank offers a fairly standard insurance package. Low co-pay and low deductible. All in all this is a fair benefit suited to the industry
