Typical benefits package for banking.
The package was widespread, but the company had made cutbacks in the last 3 consecutive years.
There could be more company perks in other cities aside from Portland and Seattle. The 401k package is average.
Commission compensation for tellers and universal bankers is crap.
Great comprehensive package with added employee perks from partnerships with other companies.
Benefits for the company are pretty standard, but they do have some very good perks. The amazing thing is that anyone who works over 20 hours a week can have benifits and there is no 90 day waiting period. You get hired, you get your benifits.
Standard, nothing exceptional. 40 hours paid volunteer time. Vacation time was recently changed to "use it or lose it" and does not carry over. Time off is difficult to schedule.
High deductible coverage and disability only after 30 days of vacation and sick time are used. If you don't have the time you are on your own.
The co pays are outrageous! 2018 we will have to pay for eye insurance.
All the basic benefits are included.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
