Generous employee discount. Thoughtful perks.
Overall really strong benefits package. Offer lots of amenities at a great matching price. Health coverage is great. Have had to use it for some big health events and it covered a ton of the costs. Biggest concern is with a young workforce and "innovative" product positioning in the marketplace, they haven't kept up with the times of working from home, telecommuting, summer hours, or adjusted/flexible hours to deal with working parents, especially women. Many women have had to leave because it just isn't balanced work hours. So you have great benefits for your kids, you just don't get to see them. I think flexible hours and working situation should be considered a "benefit" and be reviewed to potentially add to the offering to entice employees.
The company discount is the best thing.
