No benefit, I was an intern.
The package was very fair and especially good for mind/body health.
The company perks are self-serving. Offering employees discount on UA products and then discounts on UA stock is only taking earned money and encourage dumping it back into company.
As an intern, you are only paid hourly and housing is subsidized.
Good paid time off, average maternity leave, but they do offer paternity leave which is nice.
Great healthcare plan and employee discount. The parental leave is some of the best I've heard of.
Paternity leave for Men was not part of the original package at UA, but they have since updated there standards and now they have paternity leave for men, and it is a great benefit for young families.
Great benefits like subsidy for campus gym membership and product discounts.
Health costs keep getting more expensive and benefits continue to erode. The employee discount even took a cut recently. Parental leave is the only thing that seems to have improved over the past 5 or so years but that is probably a result of bad press and due to the fact that it only could have gone up from where it was. Seems like the benefits here are about average for a large company, but definitely far worse than its competitors.
Reasonable price and good benefits
