Health insurance is affordable and has good coverage. Wish there was more choices to choose from. But overall good insurance that I can tell so far.
Best: Price and coverage Worst: 90 day wait
Best is paid time off for most major holidays. 1 week vacation after your first year.
Being in sales you really cant take time off.
Better deductibles but understand the healthcare market.
Insurance not going into effect until after 90 days with current government standards we are penalized for not having coverage. When I changed jobs to come to work here I could not afford to keep current employers COBRA coverage until this insurance went in affect.
Overall benefits are great, as with any company it'd be nice if health insurance was cheaper.
Very nice package that includes profit sharing as well as 401 K.
It is extremely important in this day in age to have health insurance and added company perks such as 401K, vacation and sick time.
Vacation time accrues fairly quick now. Health insurance a little pricey, especially for a family plan.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
