One of the key reasons UniFirst has become a billion dollar leader in the textile services industry is because we're able to attract and retain top talent, all of whom take note of our outstanding benefits package.
Great benefit package, paid vacation, paid sick days, 401k, medica, dental, very family oriented
Outdated and behind the times for Massachusetts. Three month waiting period for health coverage in a state that requires health coverage. VERY LOW PTO compared to most IT jobs in the area. Work from home is almost non existent.
Couldn't ask for better benefits.
I like the fact that you can make your own hours as long as you do a good job in the field.
The overall benefits package is great. A great mix of PTO, insurance options and retirement.
Best: affordability & benefits of the health insurance Worst: the wear and tear on your car and mileage compensation
insurance was not to expensive multiple plans to choose from. Medical could have covered a little more felt like you picked up most of the tab.
Good benefits and comp package. Medical dental 401k employee profit sharing........... ..... ..... .... .... good tuition reimbursement plan and good vision coverage. I like the student tuition reimbursement plan the best as well as paid holidays and sick days plus vacation time
Vacation plan has improved as of 2017-2018. 401k match is pretty standard. Average health benefits.
It all sounds good and well but they have ways to ensure you don't use said packages.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
