There is 3 different medical insurance plans to pick from to best fit you/family needs and budget. Also dental and vision offered along with various other services.
Good Package not sure about it at this time
Decent insurance benefits. 401k match reduced to 3% (with additional match if company reaches unrealistic revenue). 15 days PTO starting off (including both vacation and sick time). Just added paternity leave in 2019. Free lunch provided in IT about once a month.
They have a few different packages to choose from just like almost companies, but you can get a better deal if you join their wellness program
The benefits were decent. Had a choice of health care, dental, and vision.
PTO right away. Paid holidays. Early out days before a couple of holiday weekends. Access to a gym on site. Cafeteria.
I really like the convenience of having a on-site cafeteria and free parking.
Best: Good coverage. Worst: High premiums.
3% dollar for dollar matching 401k plan, this has been reduced from the previous plan of 3% @ 100% match with an additional 2%@50% match. Decent health insurance benefits. 120 hours of PTO after first year with company.
Health insurance is expensive. High premiums. Last year, they raised our premiums by 20%. UG's cost did not go up at all. The deductibles are super high, and they use a 3rd party to manage the insurance benefits, and I've been in multiple feuds with them about paying my medical bills. 401k matching used to be decent, but since UG is losing money, it's now profit sharing. I'm not expecting any matches next year. 120 hours of PTO includes sick days Pay is below industry standard.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
