Good health insurance and decent amount of time off between company holidays and vacation days. Personal days and sick days are separate from vacation time so you don't have to dip into your vacation days if you are sick.

It was rather a basic package. The deduction for healthcare wasn't too bad, and they had quite a decent vacation policy.
no raises in forever, largely because of being over extended at the top. Business isn't growing and new talent more expensive than what they're delivering.
Benefits were decent at one time but now they are as cheap as possible with as little coverage as possible. I've been through 3 insurance provider changes with UniWorld and the coverage keeps getting worse. It is almost better to get Healthcare through the Marketplace but due to Healthcare Reform we are forced to keep whatever UniWorld decides to offer. Also, there are several benefits that are claimed to be offered, but they really aren't.
