The benefits are OK. The pricing is kind of high because they are still a growing company. The performance bonus and employee match are dependent on company performance.
Don't plan on receiving competitive wages or decent benefits working here. Owner's wealth accumulation is all at the expense of his line level employees.
Very comprehensive but very expensive. Needs to be updated to remain competitive. At least twice the cost of similar companies.

The health insurance is to high
Incredibly expensive benefits- 3 to 4 times what I had been paying. You also must pay $350 monthly for parking (not tax deductible) - and the raises / bonuses were virtually non existent.
The best thing is there are several options and family can be covered. The worst thing is the cost is very high and the deductibles are as well, so essentially in addition to high premiums you need to exhaust your deductible before anything except a yearly physical is covered
Company re-instituted a 401k match
