Pretty Standard package, not great, but not aweful. Expensive like everything else.

Unfortunately it less than competitive with doctors dropping out of network more than usual and unexpectedly.
Standard medical coverage - both PPO and HMO option was available at the time.
poor coverage with a lot of out of pocket expenses.
Copay is pretty high now but is still pretty decent.
The company offers several plans to choose from which best fits the employee and their families needs. New options added this year. In particular, MD Live is an excellent addition to the plans. It adds convenience at a very low cost to the employees.
A standard plan with co-payments is very expensive (employee contribution to premiums is large). For more reasonable premiums, a high-deductible plan is needed.
Health insurance is still OK, but it used to be much better. Now in 2015 we have only 2 options, either PPO or HSA.
