The benefits for the company are good. You get health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401k plan. Pretty straightforward benefits package.
Offer is not very interesting. It's one of the lowest in this area.
Best: Matched 401k by 1/2, full medical for family PPO, dental, eyes. They paid for disability insurance. 3 weeks PTO, 4 weeks after 3 yrs.. Worst: Family health benefits cost about $400 a paycheck. Coffee in MFG break room sucked, while they drank Pete's upstairs.
very basic benefits. just paycheck plus a little extra for minimum benefit
Benefit is okay, only covers part of the employees premium. 401 is okay.
Medical insurance with low deductible and out-of-pocket expenses was better than average, but dental and vision benefits were somewhat below average. 401K Plan has a company match but the long vesting period and low matching dollar amount resulted in a very low participation rate among all employees. Sick days were counted as vacation/PTO days, which was somewhat misleading for employees to think they have more PTO days. Sales employees had to pay for their own gas and cell phone bills for external customer visits and calls, respectively.
There is nothing good about their benefit packets. You are better off finding a carrier yourself.
Medical, Dental and Vision benefit were 0kay
Unigen pays a large percentage of the employees premium cost.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
