Best benefits I have ever received from any company I have worked for by far! I have worked for multinationals in the EU and US, and I feel Unilever goes above and beyond for the comfort of their employees.
Excellent Benefits - 401k + non-elective additional contribution in lieu of pension. Agile Working Is Encourgaed!
Great vacation time, maternity and paternity leave. Removing/reducing work from home is a con.
Generous parental leave (16+ weeks when I left) and benefits coverage.
Average benefits package, walked from employee stock purchase program in 2017
While this company offers all these benefits, they used to be top notch. However, as years go by more and more is taken from employees in order to “align with the market” rather than to stand out as a desirable place to work. Increases are not sufficient to offset what is taken.
Good Health, Dental. and Vision
Since I was an intern, we did not receive a benefits package, but I did receive a housing stipend for the summer.
Unilever has a great 401K match and maternity/paternity leave policy. You also can work remotely quite easily which is nice. The free ice cream offering has gone downhill slightly. Before you could get access to all brands in the coolers. Now they only offer certain brands.
They took the retirement away after promising none of the benefits would change.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
