Neither best or worst, but would simply say that their 2 week a year vacation package was about as average as they come.

very poor , especially for what I was used to... I received 1 week ... finially I turned the job down based on that, then they gave me 3 weeks.

Starting out, you're given 2 weeks paid vacation + 3 floating holidays + around 8 standard holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc). Every 5 years of employment you are given an extra week of vacation. Not sure where this tops out.

On par with everyone else I think. 3 weeks off in the US.

Two weeks paid vacation wasn't enough.

you only get 2 weeks, which is insane since there are few paid holidays, you have either negotiate for more or never take a day off
