Railroad Retirement is nice. New managers don’t get pension anymore, but the 401k match is better. Recently changed vacation, so now employees who were in the 5-9 year range with 3 weeks have the same as vacation as a new hire.

Worst health insurance ever- hdhp only. 5500 to 11000 deductible options. If you do meet the deductible, it still hardly pays anything.
