401K supercharged, since they dropped company pension.
Good insurance, 401k only if you become a Foreman or management, good retirement plan, vacation time is horrible you need 7 plus years to get 3 weeks of vacation and 1 personal day
Great overall! Decent 401k match.
Very good benefits offered. Highly competitive benefits.
401K match and pension are decent. Healthcare for non-agreement employees can be expensive if you do not have a catastrophic event, but great coverage with a catastrophic event.
401K, railroad retirement, medical, free gym, all these things are great
Best - Railroad retirement , Insurance for now but that’s changing Worst - three weeks vacation after 8 years and 4 after 17 years
Health insurance isn’t great - typical high deductible health plan. Family has to spend $11k out of pocket each year to meet deductible. Company gives you $2500. Vision and dental are basic - all preventive / basic care is covered. Used to have a pension but company got rid of this year- I’m sure they will start to target employees with pensions over time.
Best: Railroad retirement. You don’t pay SSI, but you do pay Railroad retirement. You pay a little more each month, but your retirement is much better than SSI and your retirement is safe.
Dissent benefits, getting worse after every new contract, 401K don't match, 1 week vacation after 1 year of employment
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
