3 weeks of vacation. Pretty decent health insurance with 5K deductible but 2k in HSA deposits
Recently ended the company pension for new management hires.
Completely paid for my entire $109k surgery. It was very nice
Decent benefits package that has improved over time.
Horrible management. No raises. No quality of life. Can’t take time off.
Full health insurance coverage, FSA, dental, vision, 401(k)
all benefits are union negotiated.
Over time the cost associated with the benefits have shifted from the employer over to higher premiums to the employee. Company has a 401K plan no matching unless your management. Best advantage is as you accumulate time with the company the number of vacation weeks increase but it is sometimes hard to get time off when you want it.
No 401k match, but decent benefits otherwise.
No 401k match. No scheduled time off, however you do get a small vacation
