Part of Unispace’s vision is to be a truly great place to work and to support our team members to grow not only professionally, but personally as well. We want to differentiate ourselves across the design and construction industry through a unique methodology and also in the fresh new way we’re committed to employee wellbeing and to supporting our team for the long term through life’s joys and challenges.
Supporting this commitment, one of the global benefits we offer is a confidential employee and work/life assistance program, designed to promote wellbeing and support through all aspects of personal and professional life.
Unispace also provides paid parental leave to eligible employees, including leave for the birth of a child and adoption leave for parents who adopt a child under the age of 18 years. This varies by country, however we are proud to say that this is well above industry standards and delighted to support our team members in this way.
We believe that these initiatives, along with local benefits depending on location, reflect the immense value we place in our people and are a step forwards in becoming a truly great place to work.
Decent vacation time and health benefits.
The culture is very limiting, very negative views, the "family" does not have the work experience to back up their credentials.
Good Salary, they try to buy you off, decent health benefits, good 401K plan; dental plan is terribal
401k is decent. I think it was up to 6% match. Don't know the vesting period. Health insurance was good. PTO and sick days are combined which is not good. The company has a confusing benefits system.
