Premium cost is high Benefits are poor
There are some different options depending on your needs, whether you are single and healthy, married with kids, or anywhere in between.
Yearly biometric scan needed. Must be a non smoker for best discount. Not hard for me, but coworkers complained. Would have billing mistakes some times. When leaving company management will tell you your heath care ends that day. This is not true check the actual payment date.

You received discounts if you didn't smoke and if you were healthy. This reduced my monthly payments from $80+ with Health, Dental and Vision to around $40
High deductible plans with an HSA--$90 out of pocket to go to your general provider after the benefit.
High $3000 deductible before it pays for anything useful - only pays for "preventative" things prior to that. Out of pocket maximum of $7000. Have to subject yourself and family to biometric screenings or pay extra. Only useful thing is the HSA contribution matching up to $500 per individual or $1000 per family.
