    Competitive 401k match match

Company match was $.50 on the dollar up to 8% of salary. A very easy way to save. Had a very nice roll over to Vanguard after my layoff.

6% match of the first 8%, and another 3% to 5% automatic payment depending on seniority (used to be a defined contribution pension benefit). Pretty good benefit compared to market these days, though recent pension cuts have hit hard.

United Launch Alliance has a great 401K plan. The company will match your contribution to a certain amount. This is a great benefit

Investment options are not that great.

Matching amount is fair, but choices are limited for the investing within the plan.

Lockheed Martin became United Launch Alliance 10 years ago, however, when I came on board 19 years ago, I signed up for the 401K program, and at that time the company was matching anything the employee had deducted for the 401K program, up to 8%, so i started out deducting 8% of my salary from the beginning, and it has paid off in a big way.

    It's average for the industry.

The match is great, the available funds are 'ok', but the website is pretty bad.
