“Good benefits but no HSA”
“75% matching on 8% of salary”
“Reasonable personal time off allocation”
Excellent coverage and low oremiums akso. But you are on your own when dealing with insurance company. HR sucks.
Flexible work hours. Most positions are on a 9/80 schedule so you have every other Friday off.
They took away pension and Flex Time has a cap
Health insurance is very expensive.
Solid benefits. Have been trimmed back in last couple years, but overall still pretty good / on par with a large company.
Great plan and very flexible FSA account. Very low deductible of 1500 and 500 dollars provided by the company. This is a low cost plan compared to other Aerospace industries in the area. Out of pocket expense per paycheck is also reasonable. Anyone who says it isn’t a good plan clearly hasn’t worked anywhere else or doesn’t have any medical conditions.
6% 401K matching. EIP bonus.
9/80 Schedule i.e. Every other Friday is off-Friday Excellent 401k plan
Good 401k match, Pension is gone for everyone not just future employees, health benefits seem good until you try to use them then Anthem finds a way to disallow your claims. Dental gets you maybe one cleaning but don’t have any more than one procedure or you’ll be paying out of pocket. Wish they would just give us what they say they are paying for our benefits and we could all go to Kaiser and get better benefits than what Anthem actually gives us for what we pay.
I believe are are excellents.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
