Overall, great healthcare benefits for employees and their families. The organization offers a competitive retirement plan and other options. The only con is that the organization doesn't provide tuition assistance for professionals looking to pursue an advanced degree program to enhance work performance. Employees who are interested in going back to school tend to leave the organization.

The internship is unpaid, but there is a good chance of network.
Four weeks paid vacation, flexible in terms of working from home, paid overtime, amazing healthcare (they pay 100% of everything -- you don't even have a copay!). They immediately begin contributing to your 403b. Truly great benefits. Work life balance is pretty good, too.
