The "Wellness Events" leave a lot to be desired. The metrics are hard to obtain. The "spouses" are over charged for the same benefit as the associate. This year, my rate nearly doubled.

The health insurance offered was poor compared to other health insurance. The company used PTO with sick leave and vacation lumped together so you have to accrue your time off which usually means you won't go on a vacation for at least a year of accruing with no sick days.
